Dr.Ibrahim, as usual put forward many new options for school and education leaders and managers to ponder on their position at their respective situation. He was presenting a key note address for the 1st Regional conference on educational leadership and management held at IAB Utara Jitra 10-12 November 2009. The conference was attended by about 200 participants from 6 countries including Malaysia and was officiated by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Tan Sri Muhidin Yassin.
