thers at IAB last week was enlightening and refreshing. I can't recall exactly the last time I attended similar course but having to undergo a more rigorous training on coaching and mentoring was indeed amazing. I uploaded some of the caption I took.
JK the facilitator was a very knowledgeable and interactive personality during the entire training session. Participation was excellent and got all along with the opportunity provided. The simulations were excellent and everyone took part in the assessment.
